We are proud to have collaborated with Permata Bening to produce a commercial video promoting their 9th phase housing development in the strategic Soekarno-Hatta area. Our goal was to create visuals that were not only informative but also emotionally engaging for potential buyers. In this video, we focused on highlighting the key advantages of Permata Bening's 9th phase, including the comfortable and functional design of the Type 48 house, the 24-hour one-gate security system, and its flood-free location close to Pekanbaru's essential facilities. Through the use of engaging cinematography, seamless transitions, and a clear call-to-action, this video is designed to increase awareness and drive leads for Permata Bening. This project showcases our team's ability to produce effective, high-quality real estate marketing content.
